Faculty – Clinical Operations & Monitoring Practices
As a faculty member at OSSINC, I invite you to learn Clinical Research the way it truly operates in the real world. With 13+ years of hands-on experience in global clinical trials, I bring practical insights gained from working across site-level and sponsor-side roles.
My professional journey from CRC to CRA, Lead CRA, Clinical Team Lead, and Project Management roles has given me a strong, ground-level understanding of trial execution. Clinical research is not just about guidelines—it is about communication, documentation, disciplined monitoring, and coordination, and this is exactly what I focus on in my teaching.
At OSSINC, students are trained to confidently manage day-to-day clinical operations and monitoring responsibilities. You will learn how sites function, how CRAs think, and how sponsors evaluate quality and compliance. Real-life experiences from global studies and IQVIA FSP environments are shared to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
My teaching approach is structured, practical, and confidence-driven, with emphasis on documentation quality, site coordination, issue resolution, and audit readiness. Therapeutic exposure across oncology, diabetes, vaccines, and chronic diseases adds further depth to learning.
Join OSSINC to gain practical clinical operations skills guided by real-world experience.
